Refunds & Exchange of Goods
In the unlikely event that our product is faulty or not as described in the product description, we will exchange or replace the goods within 30 days of purchase.
Please contact our team on email@example.com and confirm the order no, the date of purchase and a description of the issue.
You are entitled to a refund under Australian law if the goods or service we rendered to you were not as promised or described.
While we endeavor to process refunds and exchanges as quickly as possible, refunds of online orders may take up to 5 business days to process once the refund is authorised by Green Man Char.
The refund will be placed onto the card that you originally paid with via PAYPAL.
